Olayiwola Adeniji is a Trustee and Director of Publicity & Publications. He is a journalist/Communications specialist who has worked with leading national newspapers including The Guardian, The Comet and ThisDay. He is currently a Senior Communications Rep with a multinational Oil & Gas company.
He holds a B.A and M.A degrees in English and Literature in English from the Universities of Ilorin and Jos respectively? he also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication (Media Management) from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism. A member of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Arts Writers Organisation of Nigeria (AWON) and Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), he is also an alumnus of the US State Department sponsored International Visitors Programme for Young African Leaders on Conflict Resolution.
Olayiwola gave his life to Christ while he was a student at Baptist High School, Jos, Nigeria and enjoyed what he calls “privileged Spiritual tutelage” under such mentors as Rev. Philip Wilson and Mr. Mike Stonecypher who were and still are part of an army raised by the Lord to bring the Light and Life and Hope of Jesus Christ to different generations of young Nigerians. Discipleship training under Rev. Wilson was particularly an important highpoint of this experience.
Apart from being a member of the music ministry, Olayiwola had previously served as co-director, of the Jos-based Touchbearers Drama group which specializes in using drama as a tool for outreach and evangelism, Head of Publicity at New Revelation Baptist Church, Ikeja and is currently the Church Secretary at New Revival Baptist Church, Arepo, Ogun State Nigeria.
He is married to Kehinde (nee Odedokun) and the union is blessed with three children, Oyinkansola, Oluwasemilore and Oyindamola.
