The ministry has a Governing Board that currently comprises of seven Trustees, who are men and woman of integrity from various professional backgrounds and have shown passion for the work of God over time. Two of the Trustees are also members of the Board of Directors of the international branch of the ministry in Canada, which currently comprises of five members (three men and two women).

Apart from their financial commitments to the cause of the ministry, the trustees and directors periodically hold physical and virtual meetings, to deliberate on the affairs of the ministry as led by the Holy Spirit.
